Where/how did you find this vehicle
It belonged to a co-worker of mine.

Any projects planned for this vehicle in the future?
Nothing too major. It works pretty well now, but I may get some bigger wheels and tires to increase grip.

Has this vehicle won any awards?
I won the ‘musclecar class’ at the Car Craft Magazine “Real Street Eliminator” competition with it in 2011.

Have you raced it? If so, where and when?
I’ve attended many competition events with it over the years, including open road rally racing, SCCA autocrossing, road course track days, multi-discipline events, drag races, and speed/stop acceleration/braking challenges. I’ve done well at all of them, and even won my bracket at the drags last year.

Tell us about the vehicle's unique options or features, either factory or aftermarket
few factory options (radio delete, no roof rack) the aftermarket upgrades are unique as a whole, since they are focused on improved handling and high speed operation in a four-door station wagon. It all works nicely though, and it delivers 20 mpg on the freeway as well.

Tell Us More
I drive this car all the time in the summer. I’ve driven it on 2,000-mile plus trips across the country, and it has proven to be a reliable and enjoyable car. It’s still just a station wagon, so it’s got plenty of room for people and their stuff. It’s plenty fast and I enjoy competing with it on various tracks, but it was designed and built to be a street car first and foremost. It is not a show car, as it is not impeccably detailed inside, outside and upside down. It’s street driven way too much to be a show winner, and I’d rather compete on the track anyway.
